CAE self-aligning roller bearing is non-split type biserial transverse bearing. There are two ways of cydariform rollers, a common spherical raceway of the outer ring, two rollers of the inner ring with an angle of the vertical axis of the bearing. The centre of sphere of the outer roller sphere raceway lies onto the bearing axle. Hence, this type of the bearing belongs to the self-aligning bearing, and can bear major error of centration. Self-aligning roller bearing is designed to be excellence, not only can bear high radial load, but also can bear the folded axis load functioning in two directions.
    For easy installation, all self-aligning roller bearings are equipped with cylinder bore or conical bore. The taper of the conical bore is 1:12 (suffix K) and 1:30 (suffix K30), which specifically depends on the series of the bearing.

Retainer
    According to the applying occasions, CAE self-aligning roller bearing has several different types of retainer materials and shapes as below.
    Type CC: Two window type retainers made of drawing steel, inner ring with no flange, leading by the inner ring.
    Type CA: Forked type retainer made of machinery cutting brass, inner ring with orientation flange on both sides, leading by the inner ring.
