
CAE single-row tapered roller bearing has conical inner ring, outer ring and tapered roller. Such configuration can bear radial load and axial load at the same time. The extension cords of the rollaway nests intersect at the same point on the bearing axis, to achieve genuine roll and low friction. Their bearing capacity in the axial direction increases with the increase of the contact angle α. The single-row tapered roller bearing should generally coordinate with another tapered roller bearing to adjust mutually.
Paired single-row tapered roller bearing
In some designations, since the bearing capacity of single bearing is insufficient, or under specific axial play or axial preloading there are necessities to conduct two-way axial orientation, we can adopt pairing form bearings. Paired bearings are paired in production (including bearings and space rings). After installation, the radial load will averagely distribute between the bearings. Paired bearings are classified with face to face (DF), back to back (DB), and cascade (DT)
Doubled-row tapered roller bearing
CAE doubled-row tapered roller bearing classified with export-oriented (outer ring in an organic whole) and import-oriented (inner ring in an organic whole). The inner axial play had been modified before delivery. Components with the same manufacture code should be assembled in accordance with symbol requests to use.
Four-row tapered roller bearing
CAE four-row tapered roller bearing combines with two doubled-roll inner rings, a doubled-roll outer ring, and two single-roll outer rings. Its rated load is high and is mainly used for heavy loaded sites like roll shaft neck of rolling mill.
