CAE Double row full cylindrical roller bearing is non-split, which can be lubricated by the lubricating groove and holes at the outer track (with W33 as suffix).
    NNCF-V type bearing has three flanges at the inner track, with one flange at the outer track and one direction as axial location. There installed one fixed ring at the other side of flange at the inner track, which can keep the bearing integrated. The fixed ring shouldn’t bear axial loads at the operation. These bearings can be used as axial location in one direction and finally allow the axial replacement of bearing and bearing pedestal in another direction.
    NNC-V type bearing has three entire flanges and one axial split outer ring at the inner track, with two flanges at the axial split outer ring. As the outer track adopts the axial split style, the two half tracks can be connected with rigid rings, which absolutely cannot bear the axial loads. This kind of bearing can be used as the axial location in both directions.
    NNCL-V type bearing has three entire flanges at the inner track, with no flange at the outer track. There installed one fixed ring at the outer track of roller, which can keep the bearing integrated. The fixed ring should not bear the axial loads at the operation. This kind of bearing allows the axial replacement in both directions to the bearing pedestal.

NNF Pulley for double row full cylindrical roller bearing

   The two separated inner tracks of NNF bearing are fixed by one ring. The inner track has three entire flanges, with one center flange at the outer track. This kind of bearing can be used as axial location in both directions. The distance between two rows of roller allow bearing to bear the capsizing moment.
     As this kind of bearing can be mainly used as wire rope pulley bearing, outer track 1mm narrower than inner track. At the rotation of outer track, spacer ring has no need to be added into inner track and the neighbor assembly. There are two locking grooves at the outer tracks, which can install the bearing into neighbor assembly (like rope sheaves), to simplify the installation process and save the axial space.
      NNF bearing has contacting seal elements at the both sides. Each seal element is installed inside the groove at the shoulder of inner track. The sealing lip contacts with the rollaway nest at the outer track/ The bearing is filled with the high-level lubricating grease, which has good rust protection. For the application of lubricating oil, CAE can provide the bearing without any lubricating grease. If a few bearings without seal elements are needed, they can be strike before being installed and should be cleaned.
