CAE self aligning ball bearing has two rows of spherical rolling element, with spherical raceway in the outer ring. This kind of bearing can deal with the misalignment error effect between bearing and bearing pedestal. Compared with other types of antifriction bearing, the friction produced by self aligning ball bearing is the lowest, which has relatively low temperature rise even if at the high speed.
       The basic design of CAE self aligning ball bearing is cylindrical bore and conical bore with taper of 1:12 (with k as suffix).
        CAE can also provide self aligning ball bearing with sealing elements. There exist contacted-sealing elements with steel skeleton on both sides, made up by grease proofing and wearable NBR rubbers. The sealed bearing can be lubricating all the lifetime, which cannot be washed at all and which needs no supplementing and maintaining.(with 2RS as suffix)
